There are three main ways to share you Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 calendar. Here is a great video to show you how to share your calendar in 3 convenient ways.

  1. Via MS Exchange if you business runs exchange
  2. Via Email and ICS calendar sharing
  3. Via Office Online

Office 2007 Calendar Sharing How to Video

We recommend you use the first calendar sharing method if you are running MS Exchange in your business. The second is great for sharing your calendar with people are outside your orgnanization that may not be running Exchange. The third calendar sharing option is not as convenient and we don’t recommend this option.
