Challenge: Employees and overnight visitors had issues with the current wireless system – it was slow and often unreliable.
Solution: MePush was able to renew the current equipment, and make the wireless signal stronger and more reliable. They tested all of the lines and access points and cleaned up the wiring, to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues within the system. The hotel now has two completely separate wireless lines – one for guests and one for hotel employees. The lines are firewalled against one another, so they cannot be crossed. This two-pronged system allows guests to easily access the wireless signal without laborious sign-on procedures, but also gives hotel employees an additional line with added encryption for their business needs. The entire project was completed in a matter of days.
