Q: Do you make house calls?
A: Of course! We will also gladly pick-up your computer and take it to our shop and repair it or even remote into your computer from our office to repair your PC.
Q: How fast can you fix my computer?
A: In-shop repair typically averages a 48 hour turnaround time. For on-site service, MePush usually has a technician available to visit your home or business same day or worst case within 24 hours from the time your service request.
Q: Does it cost more for you to come to the home or business?
A: No. We charge the same rate whether we are on-site, in the shop, or remotely fixing a machine.
Q: Do you repair Apples?
A: Everyday. We have an Apple Macintosh Certified Technician on staff. We repair the hardware, troubleshoot the software, and also sell new and used Apple computers, peripherals, and accessories.
Q: Do you sell computers and equipment?
A: Yes! We sell PCs, printers, software, and other technology gear.
Q: Can your recover data from a dying/dead hard drive?
A: Yes! We utilize sophisticated software to read your ailing drive sector by sector in order recover your data. At times, some drives are so damaged that we must send them off to a lab for further data recovery efforts.
Q: What is your coverage area?
A: We generally work within a 45 minute drive of either our Bloomsburg, PA or Lewisburg, PA offices. We do have clients outside of that area so please call and discuss your needs with a member of our staff.
Q: What are your rates?
A: We charge $60 per hour for residential service and $85 per hour for business service. Our rate is flat and does not vary with the type of service. We have a one hour minimum for all on-site and in-shop services. Remote services have a half hour minimum. Emergency after hours service calls are billed at time and a half with a 1 hour minimum.
